EATINGS

Ken Eats, Agnes Eats and Alissa Eats are chapters of the video series The Eatings, defining taste, temptation and lust inviting curiously to survey and savour a colourful installation of fruits. But a dissonance emerges during their rapid and reckless execution, when the impersonators become an abstract picture with torn and distorted edibles.  A moment of irritation develops particularly where the fruits are no longer definable  and eroticism transits into the forbidden. The video reverses and the rampaged morph into their solid original state and form.
